Merry Christmas to all you wonderful folks out there...Merry Christmas to you, your friends, family, and loved ones! This episode is a 3 min flow of organic bustdown, very healthy, AFFIRMATIONS OF GRATITUDE. I practice the mirror-technique whenever possible when doing my daily affirmations practice. You can exercise the mirror technique by following these steps: turn on some uplifting music, and turn it up loud! Stand in front of the mirror, look at yourself in the eyes, focus on your pupils, and look deeply into your eyes. You want to look so deeply into your eyes that you have the feeling of connecting with your heart and soul. Start your timer for 3 minutes. And allow powerful affirmations to flow from your lips. Tell yourself what you need to hear most, and allow yourself to receive the words of affirmation deeply in your heart and soul. It may feel uncomfortable at first. This is normal. We have to become accustomed to receiving powerful and positive words from ourself to ourself. In our early life, we may have internalized the criticism that we received from others such as our parents, siblings, teachers, and friends, and we may have adopted their criticism and continued it as our self-talk. So this exercise is wonderful, because you are creating a safe space for yourself to give yourself positive energy, positive thoughts, words of encouragement, and empowering affirmations. I recommend that you try this for 3 rounds. So turn on some uplifting music, set your timer for 3 minutes, and flow. Repeat that for a total of 3 rounds. Try that for 7 days straight and observe how you feel after the seventh day. I wish you the best. Have a Merry Christmas,
