Dr. Bob Ruano has been crushing masters level performance for awhile now. Dr. Bob just returned from his 3rd trip to the Crossfit Games Nationals, competing in the 45-49 year old division. He is also a Gainesville, FL based chiropractor and understands that high performance has to balance with maintaining health. He is also a husband and father of 5 boys, so maintaining balance in home life is also very important to him.
