Hello everyone, this is AFRI-TUNES week 102. I am @sayofunmi and I'm here to participate in this week's weekly featured contest. I hope I met you all well?. The week has been a beautiful one so far and I'm also happy that the hot weather has become normal since yesterday's rainfall. It's another week of participation and I'd be singing a song titled Joromi " by Simi. A lot of my friends here have always been saying I look and sound so much like the Great Nigerian female afro beat singer which I kinda concur with after so many people has testified to it, and I must say I really feel honored to be a lookalike of someone of great substance and influence 🤗.
I chose to sing this song because it's a kind of a story of a lady in love with a guy that seems to also like her in return but is also shying away from the fact that he likes her. Being a bold woman, she went ahead to approach the guy against our native belief that only men should be seen wooing a lady and not the other way around.
I love the lyrics and the beautiful melody if the song and I had to just bring it to our hearing. I hope you all enjoy my presentation this week....
