Hello my people, it's another week of Afri-tunes, a place where all musicians all over the world are welcome to celebrate African musician and their songs.
This week and for this week I'll be bringing a new vibe, I have never been a lover of secular music but I was shuffling my playlist days ago and I came across an old song I once loved listening to, a love song by Reekardo Banks tittled “Katapot.”
He sang this song some back years when he just joined the Marvins Record Label, it was a hit of the moment aa he won several awards. He's well known for his unique voice.
This song is a song that explains long suffering of love, when two people are in love especially when they're still struggling to gather things, lots of criticism will arise from family, friends, relatives and from everyone.
This often happens to men especially when they come from a poor background and their spouse is from a wealthy family, they face alot of things which even sometimes affect them mentally, the official video is the perfect way to explain the scenerio.
I chose this song to support are lovers all over the universe, struggling with love and facing lots of criticism from people around them, keep your heads up and continue with hardwork and prayers, it shall be we soon.
