For our Africa Unlocked feature this morning, we take a look at Kenya's former Prime Minister Raila Odinga chosing the country's former Justice Minister Martha Karua to be his running mate in the upcoming General Elections. The move evoked excitement among supporters and some in the opposition camp. In case of an Odinga victory, Karua would be the highest ranking female politician in the country's history. Meanwhile, Deputy President William Ruto named former public administrator Rigathi Gachagua as his deputy.
