Last week, the Moroccan government blasted South Africa for their continued support for the independence of Western Sahara. President Cyril Ramaphosa offered his government's "unapologetic" backing for the partially recognised Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) in Western Sahara during a state visit. President Ramaphosa joined President Mokgweetsi Masisi of Botswana in an official letter with Mr. Brahim Ghali earlier this month.
