Being half Zimbabwean and half South African has surfaced a number of challenges for me as a young girl and for the most part, I still struggling with them today. Xenophobia and lack of African integration may seem irrelevant but it goes a long way in creating the kind of environment that promotes growth and development for a continent like ours.
