We catch up with Tosin Coker, the Director of Lara and the Beat starring  Afrobeat diva Seyi Shay, as he attends the Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) in LA with writer John-Arthur Ingram. Lara and the Beat won the Programmers award for Best Feature Narrative at PAFF and also stars Nigerian rapper Vector.
