The latest coming out of the DRC is an eyewitness video, shows that Rwandan forces fired at a fighter jet from Democratic Republic of Congo. The footage, which could not be immediately verified, purported to show the incident on Tuesday amid tensions between the neighbours over a rebel insurgency. Rwanda's government alleges the military plane violated their airspace in Rubavu, across the border from the Congolese city Goma.
