AfriForum says NPA must prosecute Malema or they will

EFF leader Julius Malema and his party have faced many legal woes this year. Civil rights watchdog AfriForum has managed to get R346 000 from him and his party in legal costs, the party have also lost cases against Old Mutual chairperson Trevor Manuel and Journalist Karima Brown. Afriforum now want the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to make decisions regarding the prosecution of Malema, in regards to three pending cases against him. The three cases in which Malema is implicated include the corrupt activities of the company On-Point Engineering, Malema's alleged assault of a policeman, as well as firing off shots with an assault rifle.
