Hello wonderful people of the Afritunes community. It’s another beautiful day, and I’m excited to share my rendition for week 181. For this week, I chose to do a cover of the song “Haske” by Kaestrings. Haske is a Hausa word that means light, and the song beautifully reflects Jesus as the light of the world.
This is truly one of Kaestrings’ songs that I deeply cherish, not only because of its melody but also because of the powerful message it conveys. The lyrics are rooted in great meaning, reminding us of the words of Jesus in John 8:12, where he declared himself the light of the world. I strongly believe the songwriter drew inspiration from this passage in creating such a profound song.
I must also highlight the quality of the song’s delivery. Kaestrings, with his powerful vocals, did an exceptional job. Coupled with his amazing team of backup singers and instrumentalists, the overall production came out superb. Their combined effort truly elevated the music. It I have the chance and opportunity to chose a team to produce a song track I honestly won't hesitate to chose this team. Their level of coordination and coorporation is just so great and I really enjoy the outcome.
