The Galactic Tribe assembles to address, reflect, and build the situations caused by Buffalo's snowstorm disaster (Dec ‘22). Half of us in the Tribe had to go without heat, power, wi-fi and transportation for days. With over 34,000 people in the same situation, there needs to be more action taken not only by our local governments, but us as a people. The Black residents in the inner city have been disproportionately affected and downright assaulted by racist infrastructures. In the addition of the terrorist attack in May, we have further evidence that ultimately, our protection is in our own hands. Please also take time to see one of the many beautiful stories that arose from this tragedy.
