I had several aha's inside of this interview with Jay.  When I unpack them in an After Action my hope is to grab one that I hope can be a new one that maybe you missed.  In reflection of this interview I found myself fascinated with connecting the messaging from Jay in this past interview and Rod from the previous interview.  The roles and messaging they both shared were parallel and I wanted to make sure you all caught the connection.  Which to me shows how important both of their messages are.
