In this episode we circle back and pull away one key aha from the last episodes interview with Breanna.  She did an amazing job of unpacking and discussing all of the things she took away from her time in Basic and AIT and I thought she offered up so great wisdom especially having graduated from both so recently.  her piece of advice she offered up to anyone heading off to Basic or Boot Camp slammed home for me because it was so simple and so real.  Being present to your current moment.  So we dive into this thought process.
