Did the twin punches of Harvey and Irma constitute a convincer? Will those massive, destructive and deadly storms persuade more Americans, starting with the president, that climate change is real and causing extreme weather? While the Trump administration pulled the United States out of a leadership role on climate change, state and local officials have pledged to move ahead with initiatives to further arrest greenhouse gases.
