Someone made a wish so evil that it corrupted the Wishing Well and unleashed dark magic across Disney’s upcoming Villains Land.
But Disney hasn’t told us who made the wish—or what they wished for.
So naturally, I have theories. 😈
In this episode of After Park Hours, I’m looking at four suspects and imagining the wish each of them might have made.
But my final theory asks a different question: what if the person who made the evil wish wasn’t a villain at all?
So now I’m handing the mystery to you:
Who made the evil wish… and what did they wish for?

Kiya loves Tiana. There’s just one problem: she still hasn’t ridden Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. And yes… it’s that drop. 😂
In this episode of After Park Hours, Kiya and I talk about what makes certain rides scary, the anticipation that starts before you even get on, and why enjoying theme parks doesn’t have to mean riding everything.
We also talk about taking baby steps, how her daughter has become an unexpected source of courage, and whether there might finally be a Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ride photo in Kiya’s future.
Plus, we play a Princess and the Frog edition of Park Picks with Lottie, Mama Odie, and Ray.
Will Kiya eventually ride it? She promised to report back. 👀

In this episode of After Park Hours, Geraldine joins me to talk about the Disney Parks announcements from D23 — what caught our attention, what we're most excited about, and what we can't wait to experience.
From Villains Land and Monstropolis to Avengers, Cars, Coco, and what's next for Disneyland, this is less about breaking down every announcement and more about two Disney fans remembering what stood out and talking about what we actually want to experience.
🎙️ After Park Hours is where park stories continue — real conversations with theme park fans about the memories, opinions, experiences, and things we just need to talk about.
💬 Which D23 park announcement are YOU most excited about? Tell me in the comments!

Carlos is joined by Danielle Leheny to talk Disney nostalgia, the movies that stay with us, and what they’re excited about after the latest D23 announcements. From ranking Frozen 3, Incredibles 3, and Zootopia 3 to live-action remakes, favorite Disney moments, and plenty of side conversations along the way, it’s exactly the kind of Disney conversation that keeps going after park hours.

In our first After Park Hours pilot, we’re kicking things off with host Carlos Oliver. Carlos shares how he unexpectedly became a theme park fan, takes on three water rides in Park Picks, and explains why Universal’s Volcano Bay has become his favorite Orlando water park.

After Park Hours is where park stories continue.
You know those conversations that happen after you leave the park? On the walk back to the hotel. During the ride home.…
That's what this podcast is all about.
Because leaving the park doesn’t mean you’re done talking about it. 🎢
I’m Carlos, and I sit down with park fans to talk about the experiences that stick with us — favorite memories, attractions we love (or are terrified to ride), park opinions we’ll defend, new things we’re excited about, and all those random conversations that somehow keep going after the park closes.
Sometimes I’ll pull up a chair on my own to share a thought, theory, or idea I can’t let go.
You don’t need to be a theme park expert. You just need something you want to talk about.
