The older and younger generations each have a completely different view on politics. One views it as something they have to vote for religiously so they don't lose everything they gained in spite of such a conservative nation, the other only views what can be gained and if their person doesn't win they can always vote later. Neither speak to each other or understand each other. Millennials view the democratic boomers as evil and complicit because they compromised in the past unaware of their very real hard struggle.
