Beloved,

This Sunday is Mother’s Day, and also Ascension Day — the last Sunday before Pentecost. I’m preaching from the Ascension text in Luke 24 — there’s another account in the book, the Acts of the Apostles. I’m preaching, “After the Ascension, What?” We will honor our mothers, and those who mother with prayers and gratitude.
