Welcome to the week after the big party. Kinda seems like the hangover after a great New Year's party. There is a bit of a letdown and you realize you need to pick up and move forward for the next 500.

Although it does seem a few places like Texas and Missouri are ending the 2 weeks to flatten the curve and open their world back up, let us hope everywhere else follows suit soon.

Speaking of Social Media, I suggest that you get AWAY from that social media, before you crash your own bus!! It's as bad as cocaine man! Did you know that people are actually having to go to rehab for internet addictions? Although, if you don't want to go to some fancy pants place for rehab, you could always just do it yourself! Simply do the following: Retreat from the world to under a blanket, curl up on the couch, listen to some shows with no news hours, or to books! Drinks, warm or cold – those help too.

And remember – don't be afraid to tell your kids to bugger off for an hour – it's totally allowed to demand they not bother you unless they are broken, dying,
