After years of work, sewer agreement reached that ensures Brigham City residents will not subsidize service in Mantua
The Brigham City Council has unanimously approved a new interlocal agreement with the Town of Mantua to continue providing wastewater treatment services, replacing an expired contract with a more detailed and financially balanced framework. The five-year contract, approved May 15, reestablishes Brigham City’s provision of wastewater service to Mantua under updated terms.
