Also, have we placed too much responsibility on our black and brown players that makes them feel they have to out up with racist behaviors. Race in sports has always and continues to be a very hot topic in our community. As it stands, the NFL has 32 franchises and out of that only 3 teams have a coach who is a minority. 10% doesn't sound like much does it? We all know that men and women fundamentally look for different traits in a potential mate when dating. Men tend to focus more on outward appearances, the potential of peace and supportive qualities. Women tend to look at financial stability prowess, security and emotional availability. In general, looking for financial stability seems a sensible quest. However, money seems to play a more important role for women when considering men as a mate. He could be UGLY but his pockets can make him look a lot better.
