In the last few years, Downtown Abbey has become one of the most popular shows on TV. As a result, many fans of the show have come to like the idea of a civilized afternoon tea break. Thanks to Tadio Diller, they now have a step by step guide on how to prepare one. The book starts with an interesting history of the English afternoon tea break, then proceeds to take the reader through all the necessary steps, staring with choosing the right kind of tea. The book includes a fair number of recipes for the sandwiches and cakes that a proper tea should include. It goes on to describe the correct china and other items required, even how much of it a person would need based on how many people they plan to invite to tea.
