The Ironman 70.3 training officially begins... and it's already kicking our asses.
This week on 2 Guys 1 Scale, we kick things off with another weigh-in to see if Charles managed to stay under 300 pounds after finally breaking the barrier last week, while Scott continues working toward his goal of getting under 210 before Ironman 70.3.

We rode nearly 40 miles through rain, hills, and Missouri back roads while eating glazed donuts to earn time bonuses. Scott ate 10 donuts, Charles ate 8, our buddy Jared had an unforgettable emergency stop in a cornfield, and somehow everyone survived.
