Fall seven times, stand up eight.

In this episode of the ANY GIVEN CHANCE Podcast, we talk to Thomas Stockdale on how he managed to keep going despite experiencing multiple injuries.

Thomas Stockdale is a 24-year old Melbourne-based apprentice jockey. He started in 2017 and experienced a lot of hurdles, especially the leg injury, throughout his apprenticeship. Despite experiencing a series of injuries, he never let adversity get the best of him. Instead, he found the strength to keep going, pushing through the pain, and defying the odds. This experience opened up Thomas’ eyes to how resilient he had to be through that period.

Fortunately, Thomas managed to get well and recover from these challenges. He emphasized the importance of perseverance and determination. He reminds us that setbacks are merely stepping stones to success and that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. His story serves as a powerful reminder that no matter how many times life knocks you down, you can always rise again.

Whether you're an athlete facing injuries or someone seeking motivation to keep going despite experiencing multiple setbacks in life, this video is for you. Thomas's story will inspire you to rise above challenges and bounce back stronger than ever before.
