Felicia Steimel founded Ageless Beauty in June 2012 and has built it up exponentially over the past 10 years. Focusing on results-driven aesthetics, she continues to educate herself and seeks out new certifications to ensure her clients can achieve the skin of their dreams. She also shares her continued knowledge to help educate and advance her staff with further education so that can continue to grow in this ever-changing industry.
Apart from skincare, Steimel is a wife and mother of 3 while also finding it important to involve her family and staff in her passion of community outreach. Last winter, Ageless Beauty teamed up with Dégagé Ministries to provide cold-weather necessities to the homeless community of Grand Rapids; this year, Steimel plans to turn that focus onto women outreach working with local organizations to help get recourses needed along with any other necessities and tools to get back on their feet.

Host Bio:
Amy started her small business as a hobby, and It turned into a business that grew so fast. Because of this, she did go through a lot of trial and error. One thing Amy wished she could have had along the way was a mentor to guide, support, and encourage her.
Amy’s passion now is to be that support for a woman as she goes through business and or to help her with that business support and laser focus on her goals and ideas.
The vision of Amy’s business is to be a safe space for women, a space where they can let go and be able to feel like themselves. To journey through knowing what it's like to be “me” (them). As women, we wear so many hats, and Amy’s heart is always to have the place where a woman can let go and be empowered by challenging her mind, body, and spirit.
