That is why you might want to get Agendas. This is an app that lets you put together meeting notes, so you can walk into a meeting ready to go. You can add pictures, which is great if you are walking past something and say “Hey, we should talk about that”. You can also add recordings.
Publish it up to the site with a pin, and others can collaborate on the agenda. When it’s ready to go, just email it to the group in pdf form.
