Itâs very informative book! Reading it Iâve learned the history of Agile Project Management and itâs benefits. The most interesting for me is Scrum. This book explain in details how you can use Scrum, itâs Ceremonies and how to use them to simplify project. As I supposed Iâve learned a lot in this book! Recommend it!
