Noralee Townsend is a White County native who grew up involved in the 4-H program, where her passion for agriculture, leadership, and service first took root. Those early experiences helped shape her path and continue to influence the work she does today on behalf of Arkansas cattle producers.

In her current role with the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Association, Noralee helps tell the story of Arkansas agriculture by connecting producers and the public through communication and strong membership engagement. She plays a key role in ensuring that the voices of cattle producers are heard and represented across the state.

Hallie Musselman is 11 years old and lives in Bald Knob, Arkansas. A dedicated horse enthusiast, Hallie is already building hands-on experience in the equine world—working with ponies she helps train and sell to others, and competing in reining horse classes and competitions. Through hard work, determination, and a genuine love for horses, Hallie is learning responsibility, entrepreneurship, and what it means to grow in agriculture at a young age.

Jewel Stewart is a seventh-generation farmer, and she lives in White County on her family's cattle and goat operation. She is homeschooled and attends ag classes at White County Central.
