In this episode of Streaming Science, AESC student Breanna Jakubowski talks with Dr. Kate Brooks about her research in livestock production economics and how she balances life as an economist as well as a wife and mother. Dr. Brooks is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Along with her research appointment at UNL she also teaches introduction level and advanced level agricultural economic courses.
