Rick McCoy is the owner of MMA Institute in Richmond, VA. Rick has been practicing Mixed Martial Arts for the last 30 years becoming the first professional MMA fighter to come out of Virginia.

Holding black belts in jiu jitsu, judo, sombo, and American open style karate Rick has been recognized as the top MMA trainer in Virginia and is nationally sought after as an MMA fighting coach.
