Listen Later

In this episode I talk about the first of the Yamas from Patanjalis Yoga Sutras, and how it can be misinterpreted to feel like we don't get involved with injustice. We need to be advocates, and activists in the case of peace. Not just bystanders with a "doesn't affect me attitude".

This may be a difficult listen to some.

Let's contemplate on how we show up in acts of injustice, violence, abuse, bullying, the list goes on. We are all equals, so lets act like it.
