MCALLEN, Texas - According to the President and CEO of the McAllen Chamber of Commerce, Steve Ahlenius, the Second Causeway Project at South Padre Island could be structured at Public/Private Partnership. 

Steve Ahlenius spoke during a webinar on July 8th hosted by the Texas Association of Business to launch the Keep Texas Moving coalition. 

The moderator for the webinar was the Texas Association of Business Vice President, Aaron Cox.

Keep Texas Moving is a coalition of small and large businesses, local chambers of commerce, truckers, commuters and local leaders advocating for solutions to improve gridlock on Texas roads.
