Middle managers are burning out at unprecedented rates: 82% report burnout, 53% are swamped, 40% say their mental stress increased after promotion. But this isn't about individual failure or workload management. It's about organizational dysregulation cascading from the top.

When executives lose decision-making capacity because AI makes decisions for them. MIT research shows leaders who delegate judgment to algorithms experience 23% reduction in prefrontal cortex activity. Your brain's judgment muscle weakens when you stop using it.
