Both AOL.com and 24/7 Wall St. confirm Apple claims former employees copied confidential materials and brought hardware prototypes into OpenAI interviews. The Free Press reports Apple says this scheme occurred "at every level" of OpenAI.

OpenAI's CEO, Sam Altman, stated he is "not afraid of Apple," though he expressed "tremendous respect" for the company
