The Terminator, The Matrix & Toy Story all flesh out that oh-so-human fear of being replaced. With the advent of simple AI and automation, the threat is more real than ever. However, is it possible that displacement of a certain group can actual be for the overall good? Maybe even "divine"? It's a dark question that I think deserves some light.
