  • The old man sits on the stump and closes his eyes

  • This tree loved a boy for its whole life
  • It gave everything, yet said "I'm happy"
  • The boy took everything, but never said thank you
  • We always say, a parent's love is selfless
  • But have we ever thought
  • Should the one who receives love, also learn to give

  • is not the tree's giving
  • but the boy's taking for granted
