• Lennar (LEN) - This homebuilder will report quarterly results on Tuesday after market close. Analysts expect Lennar to report $1.55 in earnings per share on sales of about $5.9 billion.
• VICI Properties (VICI) - A play on casino property. VICI is the owner of the properties many casinos in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, New Orleans and Detroit are built on. VICI owns the properties for Caesars in Vegas, The Venetian, New York New York and about 40 other sites. The stock was upgraded to the equivalent of a buy by analysts at KeyBanc Thursday morning.
• Vertiv Holdings (VRT) - A data center play. Analysts at Oppenheimer highlighted potential beneficiaries from the generative AI trend recently and mentioned data center companies including Vertiv.
• Life Time Group (LTH) - Shares fell about 6% Wednesday and were down another 4% Thursday following mixed quarterly results and some light guidance from the company Wednesday morning. Despite the stock's move lower, analysts at Morgan Stanley and Oppenheimer were favorable on Life Time moving forward.
• Enanta Pharmaceuticals (ENTA) - A play on an upcoming FDA date. The company is expected to release Phase 1 results from a COVID-19 treatment candidate next week at a notable pharma conference.
