Aiden Blizzard is a former professional Cricketer who played for Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Mumbai in the Indian Premier League. Aiden takes us through his career which saw him start as a kid from Shepperton who had little to no coaching to opening the batting with Sachin Tendulkar. He lifts the curtain on some of the mental aspects of being a professional cricketer and why the game is progressing in the right direction in regards to the mental health and wellbeing of players.
