They reminisce on their involvement with Jewels Incorporated a mentoring organization founded on Howard University's campus that both women joined as Freshmen.

Mecaela goes on to share some of her favorite Freshmen year memories, before detailing the domino effect of grief and loss started by the loss of her job and continuing with loss after loss concluding with her survival of Breast Cancer.
