They are the conductors of the flight deck, the last and final say. In this episode we’ll dig into the tremendous responsibility that being a Shooter carries. Everything from making sure that there is the proper WOD (wind over deck) to being responsible for all of the catapult crew at each of their stations, where the Air Boss is the offensive coordinator, the Shooters truly are the quarterbacks of flight operations.
