Just got back from a great white Christmas skiing in Colorado with family. Here are some reflections from my Chairlift conversations. The Chairlift is a unique venue: (1) you have a captive audience that can’t leave the conversation, (2) the conversation is limited by 10 minutes or less and (3) most people are happy and in a good mood.
