This is one of the recorded talks given by Ajahn Brahmali at a meditation retreat in Anglesea, Victoria in 2015. In this talk, Ajahn Brahmali describes the psychology of meditation based on the suttas. The sutta he describes emphasises on happiness in meditation, as well as virtue/morality as the foundation stone in our practice.
