1. Is "attachment" to certain Buddhist traditions or habits also considered (negative) attachment ? And to be avoided?

2. Thank you, I found very inspiring what you said about the anatta sutta, I have been reflecting in if doing therapy (mainly for past trauma) or not, as I have this thought of reinforcing and making stronger the idea of our story, what are your thoughts about it Ajahn?

I am sure sometimes is good and necessary but I am curious to know your thoughts about how that can make our personality and story stronger and believe it more.
