As a society a lot of us like to believe that a child can not kill, a child can not fathom the idea of murdering another human being, but it happens. We all have our own options on why it happens, but nonetheless it does. Every state deals with the aftermath of a murder, differently. Especially when the murder is a child and this can either make, or break a situation. This case is a perfect example as to why we should not seal the records of someone, and if someone is a killer child, they should never be able to get their hands on a gun.
