Al-Qaeda is rebuilding, into a shrewder more focused resurgence. Our aid of their factions, like Al-Nusra in Syria is sure to backfire, especially when we think about the 16th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
