In part III of this series, Jeff concludes his chat with Al Salerno.  Al is currently the IT support manager for Pathline Laboratories, which provides pathology services and COVID-19 testing to the medical industry. He is a Veteran IT support technician with a background in project & network management as well as working in Managed Services for over 10 years. He has managed networks supporting thousands of users across a wide range of environments.
