Chef Alain Lemaire is an award-winning, Haitian-born chef and the host chef of the Luda Can't Cook series on Discovery+ with award-winning rapper, actor, restaurateur Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. He is also a contestant of the Food Network's hit series Cutthroat Kitchen and Chopped, as well as the Co-owner and Executive Chef of Sensory Delights, a full-service catering company based out of South Florida. He talks about the techniques used in Haitian cooking, his familial influences, working with Ludacris, and more.
