Employers are feeling snubbed after not getting got their way over changes to the employment law.
The Government says it won't budge when it comes to key changes that'll see the removal of the 90 day trial period with businesses that have more than 20 people and a better collective bargaining framework.
EMA general manager of advocacy Alan McDonald told Mike Hosking there were 2500 businesses who voiced concerns, but they haven't been listened to.
“They were told the government was listening but then they went ahead and did it anyway. “
