A few years ago, flight attendants Lacey and Marli were investigated, questioned and fired by Alaska Airlines for asking faith-based questions on an employee-only website about the company’s support of the Equality Act.
That’s why we have asked the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to fix this issue.
Specifically, we asked the court to honor Lacey and Marli’s right to have their day in court and have the merits of their case argued before a jury of their peers.
