Meet Alastair Hay -- a full-time practicing homeopath for 25 years, based in Portsmouth, UK (Please excuse our mistake of saying London🙈🤦🏾‍♀️ ).  In our episode today, we speak to Alastair about the Homeopathic  approach in addressing respiratory issues, and how the knowledge of our own history and experiences provide crucial insight to our own healing.

Alastair trained to be a Homeopath at The College of Homeopathy in London in the mid 90s, and brings a unique perspective as a practitioner, having completed his undergraduate degree in Physiology and Pharmacology at King’s College London . He also published a research paper on the Herb -  Feverfew, in the treatment of migraines during that time.

Alastair conducts his consultations at clinics,  patient home visits, and more recently, online, attracting clients from all around the world.
